After his admission to the California Bar, Mr. Maing gained extensive experience in plaintiff and defense litigation in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation law, and personal injury law at his private practice in the Bay Area.
Mr. Maing left private practice to represent professional sports teams (football, baseball, and soccer), insurance carriers and third-party administrators in workers' compensation defense matters in Lake Forest, CA and San Francisco, CA.
Now, he represents injured workers in workers' compensation and personal injury litigation in San Jose, including police officers, firefighters, and professional sports players.
Mr. Maing's background provides a unique vantage point to analyze cases, allowing him to effectively resolve cases in an efficient manner for his clients.
He admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal Bar of the Northern and Central District of California.
In his free time, Mr. Maing enjoys spending time with family, running marathons, golfing, surfing and traveling.
Mr. Maing is fluent in Spanish and Korean.
