Mr. Maing has gained plaintiff and defense litigation experience in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation law, and personal injury law, initially at his own law firm and then at an established applicant/plaintiff law firm in Santa Ana, CA.
Thereafter, Mr. Maing, represented professional sports teams (football, baseball, and soccer), insurance carriers and third party administrators in California workers' compensation defense matters in Lake Forest, CA and San Francisco, CA.
Mr. Maing returned to providing legal services to injured workers, including police officers, firefighters and professional sports players in workers' compensation, catastrophic personal injury, and employment cases in the San Jose Bay Area and California's Central Valley.
Mr. Maing's background provides a unique vantage point to analyze cases, allowing him to effectively resolve cases in an efficient manner for his clients.
Mr. Maing is admitted to the State Bar of California and the Federal Bar of the Northern and Central District of California. In his free time, Mr. Maing enjoys spending time with family, running marathons, golfing, surfing and traveling.
Mr. Maing is fluent in Spanish and Korean.
